A single-origin Brazilian dark roast from the Cerrado Mineiro, pulped natural and taken long into the roast: bold, full-bodied, and deep. Bittersweet chocolate, a toasty richness, low acidity. Dark, not scorched — roasted to the edge and pulled before it burns. The one for espresso, for the moka pot, for the cup you earn at the end of the day.
